At Liliuk, we stand behind the quality of our BBQ equipment and refrigeration products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, assembled, or installed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Gas cylinders and propane accessories
• Perishable goods (charcoal, wood chips, etc.)
• Products with removed serial numbers
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or "as-is" items

Return Process

Large Item Returns

For BBQs, refrigerators, and other large items:

• We will arrange collection at your address
• A £49.99 collection fee will be deducted from your refund
• Item must be disassembled and repackaged in original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage and packaging
• We will arrange replacement or repair at no cost to you
