Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Large Item Delivery Information

Due to the size and weight of BBQ equipment and refrigerators:

• Delivery is to the ground floor only
• Customers must be present to sign for delivery
• Please inspect packages before signing
• Delivery personnel are not required to assemble or install products

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping outside the UK at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our website or directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:
